Meet tracy
I began my transition into building my travel agency after having 35+ years’ experience in the software development industry, 13 of which I spent working in the international department of a large financial institution headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
During my tenure, I worked with people from all over the world including London, France, Ethiopia, Australia, and Spain just to name a few. As a result of this exposure, I learned about a variety of cultures, customs, languages, fashion, and cuisine from a global perspective.
Growing up of Italian and Spanish descent, my heritage has not only been a source of pride and curiosity, but has influenced my values, interests, and sense of identity. I remember my grandfather’s stories about celebrating St. Rocco in Calabria with parades in the streets, how he grew up eating mainly greens, nuts, peppers and figs grown in his backyard, eating freshly baked bread and drinking wine instead of milk. I remember my grandmother’s stories from Spain and how she lost one of her sister’s to disease while on their boat journey to the United States and how all the children in her new classes each had their own interpreters as they didn’t speak English.
My husband Andy and I have been married 37 years! We have had a wonderful life, but I truly do not know where the time has gone. I always thought it sounded crazy when I heard other people saying it, but now I understand why. We have raised two beautiful grown daughters, Christina who is 34 and Natalie who is 29. Natalie is expecting her first child, a baby girl, in December, so we will be first-time grandparents! And we have a Cockapoo, Nico, who is quite the character. He is the only dog we know that doesn't like to go outside!
In our free time, my husband and I love to travel and cruise, try new restaurants, listen to different types of music (alternative, classical, EDM, Hip Hop), and attend concerts (we are groupies of The Killers). Our “happy place” in the U.S. is Las Vegas! We celebrate every milestone event in Vegas, and I have a big one coming up in 2025, so you’ll know where to find us then!
